Unfortunately, I encountered several issues during my stay. The room was quite dirty, with visible mouse droppings on the floor and windowsills. Additionally, there was a lack of hot water, which made my experience uncomfortable and disappointing.

i really woudl ve been ecstatic about this hotel had i not encountered the disturbing noise from the restaurant above me, which made relaxing impossible. the wifi was a total joke too, as i could barely get a signal inside my room. i almost gave this place a great review, but just couldn’t.

The breathtaking views of lake Arenal made my mornings even more special. I also loved being close to Lago de Cote, which provided a peaceful walking area to soak in the nature around me.

It was just a fitting option for a weekend trip in Nuevo Arenal with very good value for money. The breakfast treats were impressive, especially watching the colorful birds while enjoying my meal. Bring your own transport since the location feels a bit remote for walking around.
